John Burbidge-King, Founder and CEO

John is a specialist in business reputation and risk management with an international background.

A former Royal Marines officer, John has had senior roles in business from banking electronics to biometrics and security printing. He has lived in the Far East, the Arabian Gulf and California; he is a member of the UK Fraud Advisory Panel, and he speaks Arabic.

He submitted evidence to Parliament’s Joint Committee on the UK's Draft Bribery Bill and is a member of the standing committee for the UK anti-bribery standard BSI 10500. Interchange is a member of A|D|S, the trade association for aerospace, defence and security companies and the UK Defence Business Ethics Forum.


Bryn Edwards,
Director of Finance 
Bryn is a Chartered Accountant. He has been a chief accountant, finance director and held senior general management positions.

He has been a business consultant in the UK, Scandinavia the Middle and Far East and, Africa.

He is a director of First Wessex Housing Association in Hampshire UK and a Governor of Farnborough College of Technology.


Andy Cavill BSc (Eng), Associate Director

Andy has particular responsibility for global export compliance and ethical risk issues. He has managed large project teams and been a troubleshooter in putting ailing contracts back on track. From 1999 onwards he was an active member of the BAE Systems Commercial Council, prior to the acquisition of BAE Systems Avionics by Finmeccanica SpA, when he was involved in the regulatory aspects of that acquisition.


He is an acknowledged subject matter expert on UK and US (ITAR) export regulations and has been an independent Compliance Officer on behalf of the UK MoD.


He has considerable international experience in addressing business ethics issues and the auditing of and formulation of ethics and trade compliance policies, for both large and small companies



Peter Devlin, Associate Director 
Peter Devlin has responsibility for board and management training, integrity audits and projects, such as implementing compliance programmes, for Midlands-based companies.

Peter has a wealth of international experience, having spent 30 years in various roles in the aerospace sector and seven years focused on delivering anti-bribery compliance programmes in the marine, energy and defence sectors.


Jan Robjohn
, Associate Director 
Jan has responsibility for strategic consultancy. He was a senior executive in global defence and energy industries, including BAE Systems and Siemens; in finance, contract management and business development roles. He has worked in Europe, the Middle East, the United States and the Far East.

His experience ranges from direct export sales to the delivery of complex joint venture projects, all of which had to meet the exacting requirements of customers, suppliers, internal corporate governance and all within a framework of ethical and legal compliance.

He has particular expertise in assessing potential partners and designing market entry strategies that meet the highest anti-corruption requirements.


Susan Kabagambe, Business Manager
Susan is responsible for business development, commercial operations including projects and product development.

Susan is a fully qualified Business and Information Technology professional with experience and skills across a range of disciplines, including research, business analysis and project management in a number of sectors including not-for-profit organisations.

Susan speaks several languages including  Swedish, Spanish and French.



Wendy Taylor, Risk Management Services Manager
Wendy leads an in-house team which delivers integrity due diligence for a range of customers.

She is is an experienced business analyst having spent more than 20 years in computer hardware and software export and global trade compliance.  



Anara Kazbayeva, Research Analyst
Anara is a leading research analyst in the Risk Management Services team that provides integrity due diligence services for a wide range of
customers.

Anara previously worked with major corporations in the oil and gas sectors providing business information, project and specialist record management.

She has also worked in the not for profit sector where she was vice
president of a youth organization in Kazakhstan. Besides English, Anara is fluent in Kazakh and Russian.


Jayne Goodson, Research Analyst
Jayne is a member of the Risk Management Services team which delivers integrity due diligence for a wide range of customers.

Jayne is an experienced procurement professional having spent 20 years in the Oil & Gas sectors in both large and small companies and providing consultancy services. She has delivered complex procurement re-engineering projects, strategic reviews of procurement risks and developed procurement management systems.
