Advice for Thales UK on BS 10500-compliant management system

We helped the UK subsidiary of global and regional aerospace, space and defence, security and transportation company Thales Group to design and implement an anti-bribery management system consistent with the BS 10500 standard.

Thales UK is a leader in business ethics and constantly striving to improve its anti-bribery management systems. Interchange consultants Claire Ward and Andy Cavill carried out an in-depth gap analysis of all Thales UK’s anti-bribery policies and processes. In tandem, we interviewed a wide range number of senior managers.

We provided a detailed report including practical advice on how the company could implement an improved anti-bribery management system certifiable to BS 10500 or any future anti-bribery management system standard including ISO 37001. Thales UK responded positively to our recommendations, implementing them appropriately.

In earlier work with Thales UK, we advised on a supply chain project that had all the complexities of multi-stakeholders and cross-industry participation.

For over 40 years, Thales UK has played a major part in the Thales Group’s global vision to make people, property and information safer and more secure. Thales UK researches, develops, manufactures and supplies technology and services to meet the most complex security requirements for the UK’s aerospace, defence, security and transportation sectors.

What Thales UK says

“Working with John and his team at Interchange has been an absolute pleasure. The service we received was professional and the recommendations practical and to the point.”

Michael Seabrook, company secretary, Thales UK
